Whelk I Never

The Mannings are a family with a long history, as pillars of Margate RNLI, local fishermen and fishmongers. A swallow might not a summer make but each year when they put their seafood stall atop the harbour slipway every local breathes a sigh of relief as it's a sure sign of long sunny days to come.
It's the place for the freshest seafood in town, but if you're after something more substantial it's just a short stroll to their fishmongers in the old town. Well worth a visit.
